The Lawfirm of Sandman Savrann co-founded NEHIF in 2018 to help our clients and contacts spur hotel acquisitions, equity partnerships, and growth. It is an invitation-only, semi-annual event for principals and executives of hotel owners, brands, management companies, developers, investors, and lenders, all of whom are valuable contacts for hotel development, portfolio expansion, and growth. NEHIF is compact and exclusive, with attendance limited to about 95 members and invited guests. NEHIF will be the who’s who for those who have or seek a hotel presence in the northeast.
